Terms of Service & Legal Use Policy

Please read these terms carefully. By using this platform or purchasing any service, you agree to everything below.

This platform provides cybersecurity training, security testing, OSINT, source code and binary analysis, software development and similar technical services. Any user who uses the platform, purchases any training or service, or sends any file, target, project or other material through the platform is deemed to have accepted these terms of use. The purpose of all services offered by the platform is education, defense, security research, authorized security testing and lawful software development. The user agrees to use any purchased service only on systems, applications, devices, accounts, networks or files that belong to them or that they are explicitly and verifiably authorized to test. In particular, for penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, OSINT and similar services, being the owner of the target or being explicitly authorized by the target owner is entirely the customer's responsibility. The platform is not obliged to independently verify the authenticity of the authorization provided by the customer in every case; however, it reserves the right to refuse suspicious, abusive or unlawful requests, suspend the service, or close the account.

Authorized Use, Prohibited Activities and Liability

Cybersecurity services obtained through the platform may under no circumstances be used for unauthorized access, account takeover, data theft, ransomware, DDoS attacks, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, botnet creation, spam, mass system attacks or any other purpose that harms other people's systems. Technical knowledge used in training or security services must only be applied in lawful and authorized environments. In particular, Account Checkers, credential checkers, RAT/Trojan malware, botnets, mass site attack tools, mass exploit tools, credential stuffing tools, phishing kits, or software intended for direct unauthorized attacks are not prepared, sold or supported by the platform. In software development services, Python, PHP, Java, C++, C#, Rust, Ruby, Perl, Go/Backend and Front-End technologies may be supported; however, project development in Lua, Assembly and C is not offered. The platform cannot be held liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any legal, criminal, financial or technical consequences that may arise from a customer misusing a service or acting beyond their own authorization. That said, this clause is not intended to eliminate liability arising from the platform's own intentional unlawful conduct or from mandatory consumer, data protection and other imperative legal obligations. In the United States, federal regulations concerning unauthorized computer access such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and related state laws; and in Europe, EU law together with the cybercrime and data protection legislation of member states, must be taken into account. The user is responsible for complying with the laws of their own country and of the country where the target system is located.

Services, Reports, Payments and Service Limits

The prices and delivery times on the platform apply within the scope specified on the relevant service page. For services such as Web Pentest, Mobile Application Pentest, OSINT and Binary/Executable Analysis, reports are prepared in PDF format; the stated 24–36 or 24–48 hour periods are set as maximum target delivery times, and where possible the report may be delivered earlier. For services such as Source Code Analysis and Malware Analysis, the stated 12–24 hour period is likewise a maximum target delivery time. Reports are reviewed and prepared manually; the platform states that the security reports provided to the customer will not be generated automatically by artificial intelligence and that results will be reviewed by an expert. However, no security test or analysis guarantees that a system is one hundred percent secure or that all vulnerabilities have been identified. A security test is deemed to have been carried out only within the defined scope, access, time and technical conditions. The customer providing incorrect, incomplete or unauthorized information; being unable to provide access to the target; blocking by third-party systems; or technical reasons beyond the platform's control may affect the delivery time. The platform may request an additional fee or a new order for work falling outside the service scope. Service may not begin until payment has been made. Refund, cancellation and rework terms are evaluated according to the nature of the relevant service, whether the service has started, and mandatory consumer law.

Legal Framework, Data Protection and Applicable Law

Because the platform may serve users located in different countries, the local and international legislation applicable to the relevant transactions will be taken into account. For European Union users, the processing of personal data may be subject to the GDPR and applicable national data protection legislation; the platform should collect only the data necessary to provide the service, apply appropriate security measures, and explain the purposes of data processing in the relevant Privacy Policy. For US users, in addition to federal laws, the consumer, privacy and data security laws of the relevant states may apply. Statements made by the platform about advertising, prices, delivery times, certificates or service success must be prepared truthfully and in a non-misleading manner; US FTC guidelines in particular require commercial claims to be accurate and substantiated and material limitations not to be hidden from the consumer. In Europe, it is important that service terms are clear, accessible and prepared in a way that lets users understand the conditions under which they may use the service; the EU Digital Services Act also requires certain online service providers to state their terms clearly and to establish mechanisms regarding unlawful use. This TOS in no way grants the customer the right to violate the laws of their country or of the country where the target system is located. The user is fully responsible for the lawful use of the purchased service, obtaining the necessary permissions, and holding the required rights over all data, files, code, targets or materials they submit. The platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law, limits its liability against third-party claims arising from the customer's unauthorized or malicious use. However, no contractual provision is intended to eliminate mandatory consumer rights, data protection obligations or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms in your country does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict or terminate a service due to security, abuse, legal requirements or changes in service conditions. The purpose of the platform is to support security research, educational activities and lawful technology development; no content on the platform grants the user permission to access an unauthorized system, obtain data or harm another person. By purchasing a service, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and that they will use the service only for lawful purposes.
